Safety measures were well-implemented, reassuring guests with various precautions. The staff were accommodating, providing a smooth check-in and offering help when needed. Breakfast was satisfactory and provided a good start to the day. While the property may not have the lavish amenities of a five-star resort, it serves as a quiet retreat in the city - a fitting choice for anyone looking to appreciate both the culinary and cultural allure of São Paulo. Just a tip: opt for independent taxis instead of those arranged by the hotel.
